Project Description

We designed and implemented a scalable and secure Full Stack Exam Management System for the Board of Secondary Education Sukkur (BSES), aimed at modernizing the entire examination process for matriculation and intermediate level students across the Sukkur division. The solution was developed using a modern full stack architecture—React.js on the frontend, Node.js with Express on the backend, and PostgreSQL for high-performance data storage. This system digitizes and streamlines all critical examination workflows, including student registration, admit card generation, exam center mapping, invigilator assignment, and post-exam result processing. Our implementation introduced role-based access control (RBAC) for administrators, data entry operators, regional officers, and examiners. The platform also features a real-time dashboard for progress tracking, centralized question paper security modules, dynamic seating plans, biometric-based attendance options, and automated result publishing with audit logs. Designed with scalability and future-readiness in mind, the system accommodates thousands of candidates across multiple zones, enabling the board to reduce manual errors, increase transparency, and ensure timely execution of exam sessions. Mobile-responsive interfaces and robust user authentication further enhance accessibility for field staff and remote centers.
